The personal information you provide to us is used for order handling, invoicing, information, marketing and other things that aim to make our service work as well as possible. The information is not passed on to any third party.
Age limit for orders
Customers under the age of 18 must have the guardian’s permission to place orders with us.
Terms of payment against Invoice
When paying via invoice, Payson cooperates with Svea Ekonomi AB. To purchase an invoice, you must enter your social security number or organization number (company only). The payment terms of the invoice are 14 days unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase. The invoice will be sent separately by email to the email address you specify. In order to pay against Invoice, you must have reached the age of 18 and be registered in Sweden and approved in the credit check carried out at the time of purchase. Companies that pay against Invoice must be registered in Sweden. The invoice is paid according to the payment instructions that appear on the invoice, via Plusgiro account and OCR number.
In case of delayed payment, a payment reminder is sent, whereby a statutory remuneration fee of currently SEK 60 is added. Interest on late payment is also charged at 2% per month from the invoice due date. In case of non-payment, the case is handed over to debt collection whereby the statutory debt collection fee of currently SEK 160 is added. Payson reserves the right to refuse delivery and re-evaluate the customer’s creditworthiness in individual cases.
When paying with Invoice / Payson Invoice, the invoice will be pledged to Payson and then to SVEA Ekonomi AB, 556489-2924.
Terms for partial payment of Invoice
In some cases, an invoice received may indicate a ”minimum amount to pay”, if you choose to pay this amount or any other amount lower than the total invoice amount, an account credit agreement is entered into. Payson offers you, after an approved credit check, to sign an account credit agreement with our partner Svea Ekonomi AB on the terms set out in the general terms and conditions of an attached account agreement. The credit offer applies to the amount specified in the account agreement. You select the credit period by ticking the option that suits you best. You undertake to repay the entire credit within the credit period. This means that every month you have to pay at least the amount shown in the choice you made. Of course, you can pay more or pay the entire credit at once without having to pay anything extra.
If you want to avail the credit during the credit period for other purchases – for the credit to be finalized within the agreed credit period – the minimum monthly payment will be increased. The shorter the remaining credit period, the higher the minimum monthly payment. In this case, if you want to keep the same minimum monthly payment, you can contact Svea Ekonomi AB on telephone 08-51493113 and apply for extended credit period. For computer technical reasons, if you use the credit for multiple purchases, Svea Ekonomi AB will, for the time being, bill you separately for the different purchases. Of course, you will not have to pay for more than one notification fee per month.
If you have any questions, please call 08-51493113 for further information.
